Set up your squad before the auction

Enter your starting budget, required slots per role and the minimum bid under your rules. If you want to keep a credit reserve, specify it. The reserve remains part of your total budget; it does not add extra credits.

For each target, enter a personal spending limit. That limit is not a player valuation. When a purchase is complete, enter the actual price and role. Only confirmed purchases reduce your remaining budget.

A check against an incomplete squad

The worksheet separates remaining credits from the minimum needed to fill all open slots. It flags a purchase that would leave insufficient credits to complete the squad before recording it.

Example: 20 credits remain for 10 slots, with a minimum bid of 1. A purchase costing 12 would leave 8 credits for 9 slots, so the worksheet asks you to reconsider. Possible future acquisitions are not treated as completed purchases.

Edits and validation

Every change to budget, reserve, minimum bid, slots or prices is checked immediately. If a change makes it impossible to complete the squad, the worksheet shows the deficit and blocks exporting a valid worksheet. You can export an invalid draft, clearly labelled, to correct it later.

CSV and a printable view

CSV opens in Excel and other compatible programs. It is a snapshot of exported data, not an XLSX workbook with automatic formulas. On the website, summaries update when you edit purchases.

The print view removes navigation and controls and lays out the table for reference. Your browser's print dialog can save it as a PDF. Exported files stay on your device.
