FULLSOCCER / PRIVACY NOTICE

Privacy notice

This policy explains how personal data are processed when you use this website or contact its operator. Additional sections describe any further features available on the website.

1. Controller and contact

The controller is Interwebs Ltd. / Интеруебс ООД, a Bulgarian limited liability company (OOD), ul. Budapeshta 38, 1202 Sofia, Bulgaria, represented by Wilhelm Laubach and Christian Rühringer. UIC/EIK: 205725218; VAT ID: BG205725218.

For privacy questions and requests to exercise your rights, email legaldisclosure@interwebs.ltd.

2. Website access, hosting and security

This website is provided using Hostinger. When you access it, the hosting infrastructure processes the technical information necessary to deliver the requested content, maintain operation and protect against errors, attacks and misuse. This includes your IP address, the date and time, the requested resource, browser and device information, and request or error information. A referring page is processed where your browser transmits it.

Recipients are Hostinger and the service providers used for hosting, delivery and technical security, to the extent necessary for their services. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. Our legitimate interest is the secure and reliable provision of this website.

Technical data are retained for the period needed for delivery, fault diagnosis and security. Relevant incident records may be retained while an incident is investigated or where required for legal obligations or claims. After the purpose ends, data are deleted or anonymised unless a continuing legal basis requires retention.

3. Email communications

If you email us, we process your email address, message, attachments and other information you choose to supply to handle your enquiry and related follow-up. Relevant staff and the email service providers used for delivery and storage may receive these data. Please provide only information needed for your enquiry and avoid unnecessary sensitive information.

The legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR where necessary for a contract with you or steps you request before entering one. For other communications it is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR; our legitimate interest is responding to enquiries and addressing reports. For legal duties, including handling data-protection rights and required retention, Article 6(1)(c) GDPR applies.

Messages are retained while needed to handle the enquiry and necessary follow-up. Relevant records may then be retained for applicable legal duties or the establishment, exercise or defence of claims. Records no longer needed are deleted or restricted to the information that must be retained.

4. Cookies and browser storage

Cookies, local storage and similar technologies can store or access information on your device. The feature sections identify the technologies actually used, their purposes, providers and lifetimes. Optional access requiring consent occurs only after your choice, which you can change through privacy settings. Consent exceptions concern transmission of communications or storage/access strictly necessary for a service you expressly request; usefulness alone does not make storage necessary. Device-access rules apply separately from the GDPR basis for processing personal data. You can clear browser storage; this can reset saved settings or results.

5. Advertising and Google AdSense

This website displays advertising provided by Google through Google AdSense. The AdSense script loads on every page and may set or read cookies and similar technologies on your device to display ads and measure their performance. Google may use collected data, such as your IP address, to serve ads based on your prior visits to this or other websites. Google’s advertising cookies and technologies are subject to Google’s own policies and settings.

Your browser privacy settings or the controls offered by Google let you manage cookie access and advertising preferences. Disabling personalised ads does not necessarily remove all advertising. For information about Google’s practices, see Google’s privacy policy and Google Ads Settings.

6. Browser-based tools and saved preferences

The website’s browser tools process your inputs on your device to provide the result or function you request. Where you choose to save a result or preference, the relevant information is held in browser storage on that device. It is used for that requested function and not for advertising. The available reset or deletion control, or clearing the website’s browser storage, removes locally saved information. Other people using the same browser profile may be able to access it.

Where personal data are processed for these tools, Article 6(1)(f) GDPR applies; our legitimate interest is providing usable, reliable functions you request. Any additional server transmission, storage period or external processing is explained for the relevant feature. Exported or printed files remain under your control.

7. Recipients and international processing

Service providers may receive personal data where necessary for hosting, communications, maintenance and other features explained in this policy. Professional advisers or authorities may receive relevant data where required by law or necessary for legal claims. Providers acting on our behalf are subject to the applicable data-processing arrangements; independent providers process data according to their own responsibilities.

Hostinger and other providers may use further service providers. Depending on the service, processing can take place outside the European Economic Area. Where such a transfer occurs, the applicable protection must be based on an adequacy decision or other appropriate safeguards, including standard contractual clauses where relevant. You can request information and a copy of the relevant transfer safeguards at our privacy email. Hostinger’s data-processing terms are available at https://www.hostinger.com/legal/dpa.

8. Your rights

Subject to the applicable conditions, you can request access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing and data portability. You can withdraw consent at any time with effect for the future; this does not affect processing lawfully carried out before withdrawal. We may request only information reasonably necessary to verify your identity or locate the relevant data.

Your right to object. You may object at any time, for reasons relating to your particular situation, to processing based on Article 6(1)(f) GDPR, including related profiling. We will stop unless we demonstrate overriding compelling legitimate grounds or processing is needed for legal claims. You may object to direct marketing, including related profiling, at any time; we will then stop that processing. Contact legaldisclosure@interwebs.ltd.

9. Complaints

You have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority, particularly in the member state of your habitual residence, workplace or the alleged infringement. The Bulgarian authority is the Commission for Personal Data Protection (CPDP). Information on complaints is available at https://cpdp.bg/en/lodging-complaints-and-alerts/.

10. Necessary information and automated decisions

Technical connection data are needed to deliver the website. Information sent by email is voluntary, although we may be unable to respond or investigate a matter without the relevant details. We do not use the processing described in this core policy to make solely automated decisions producing legal or similarly significant effects on you. If a feature uses additional processing or profiling, its relevant section explains that separately.

11. External links and changes

When you open an external link, you visit another provider’s service, where its privacy information applies. External resources loaded within this website are described separately where used. We update this policy when our services or data processing change.
